Cancellation guide
How to cancel BeNaughty
BeNaughty renews automatically, and a 3-day trial converts to a monthly plan when it ends. Its billing policy says you can cancel the renewal at any time before the end of the current period, using the 'My Settings' page. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Before you start
- Find out how you pay: directly on the site, or through Apple or Google Play. The route to cancel is different.
- Note the renewal date in your account and cancel before it.
- Keep the confirmation email or a screenshot, and check your bank statement after the next cycle.
Step by step
- 1
Log in and open My Settings
Sign in on the website and go to 'My Settings', which the billing policy names as the place to manage your subscription.
- 2
Stop the automatic renewal
Cancel the renewal of your membership. If you also bought add-on features, check each one: the billing policy says they are activated for a month and renew too.
- 3
Do it before the renewal date
Cancel before the current period ends. On a 3-day trial, that means before the trial ends, or it becomes a monthly plan.
- 4
Keep proof
Save the confirmation email or take a dated screenshot of your subscription status.
- 5
Check your next statement
Look at your bank or card statement for the next cycle. If you see a charge after cancelling, email support@benaughty.com, the address given in the cancellation policy, with your proof.
Paid through Apple or Google?
BeNaughty's terms say that if you subscribed through an Apple (iTunes) account, you cancel auto-renewal in that Apple account before the next renewal date. The same applies to Google Play. Deleting an app does not cancel a store subscription.

Cooling-off period and refunds
BeNaughty's cancellation policy gives a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the contract is made. You tell Idalia Limited in Dublin, by letter or by email to support@benaughty.com; a model form is provided. Refunds are made within 14 days, but if you asked for the service to start during that period you pay for what was provided up to then.

Deleting your profile vs stopping payments
Stopping the renewal and closing your profile are separate actions. Stop the renewal in 'My Settings' first and make sure you have confirmation, then close the account if you no longer want it.
If it still charges you
Contact BeNaughty's support with your confirmation and the date you cancelled. If you paid by card and can't get a response, talk to your bank or card provider about the payment. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, ask them for help from your purchase history.
