Cancellation guide
How to cancel Feeld
Feeld's Irish App Store listing says Majestic must be cancelled directly through your App Store account, and that cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Its terms say you will get a reminder about 3 days before renewal and have until the renewal date to cancel.

Before you start
- Find out how you pay: directly on the site, or through Apple or Google Play. The route to cancel is different.
- Note the renewal date in your account and cancel before it.
- Keep the confirmation email or a screenshot, and check your bank statement after the next cycle.
Step by step
- 1
Check which store you paid through
If you subscribed on an iPhone, it is billed by Apple. On Android, it is billed by Google Play.
- 2
iPhone: cancel in Apple subscriptions
Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Feeld and tap Cancel Subscription.
- 3
Android: cancel in Google Play
Open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Feeld and cancel.
- 4
Don't leave it to the last day
The terms say Feeld reminds you around 3 days before renewal. For trials, the App Store listing says you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- 5
Tell Feeld if you want money back
The terms say that for a refund or a cooling-off cancellation you email support@feeld.co, including your App Store Order ID or Play Store Transaction ID, as well as cancelling with the store.
Paid through Apple or Google?
This is the main route for Feeld: Majestic is billed and cancelled through Apple or Google. On iPhone use Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android use Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel.

Cooling-off period and refunds
Feeld's UK / International terms give you 14 days from your order confirmation or account opening email to change your mind, by emailing support@feeld.co. You pay for any time already used, Pings and Uplifts can't be cancelled once used, and refunds are made within 14 days. The terms also say that if you cancel a subscription you are refunded for the unused part of the period.

Deleting your profile vs stopping payments
Deleting your Feeld account is not the same as cancelling Majestic: the subscription lives with Apple or Google. Cancel it in the store first and keep the confirmation, then delete your account in the app.
If it still charges you
Contact Feeld's support with your confirmation and the date you cancelled. If you paid by card and can't get a response, talk to your bank or card provider about the payment. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, ask them for help from your purchase history.
